    • Distance: The round-trip distance of the trek is about 8 kilometers.
    • Difficulty level: The trek is classified as easy to moderate and is suitable for people with basic trekking experience.
    • Duration: The trek can be completed in about 5-6 hours, depending on your pace.
    • Best time to visit: The best time to visit Mahul Fort is winter, from November to February, when the weather is cool and pleasant. The monsoon season, from June to September, is not a good time to visit, as the trails can get slippery and treacherous.
    • Things to carry: Bring water, snacks, and some basic first aid items with you on the trek. Wearing comfortable shoes and carrying sunscreen and a hat is also advisable.

    • During the weekend in the rainy season, expect huge crowds on this trek. 
    • Things to carry: Bring water, snacks, and some basic first aid items with you on the trek. Wearing comfortable shoes and carrying sunscreen and a hat is also advisable.
    • How to reach: The trek starts from the village of Neral, which can be reached by taking a local train to Neral station.
