Escape the Delhi heat and dive into one of Himachal Pradesh's most loved Himalayan adventures — the Kasol Kheerganga Trek. Over 4 nights and 5 days, you'll wind through dense pine forests, cross wooden bridges over glacier-fed streams, and reach the iconic hot spring meadow of Kheerganga at 2,960 metres altitude.
This trip is more than just a trek. It's a complete Parvati Valley experience — starting with a laid-back day in Kasol's backpacker cafés, hiking to the hidden village of Chalal, and culminating in a night camped beneath a star-filled Himalayan sky at Kheerganga. On the way back, a stop at the sacred Manikaran Gurudwara completes the spiritual and cultural circle of this journey.
With fixed group departures every Friday and weekend from Delhi, this is the easiest and most affordable way to experience Himachal Pradesh. Ideal for first-time trekkers, solo travellers, groups of friends, and couples seeking an offbeat mountain escape.

Day 02 - Kasol — explore, eat, wander
Arrive in Kasol, check into your riverside campsite, and let the Parvati Valley work its magic. Today is yours — no rush, no rigid schedule. Wander through the colourful Kasol Market, pick up some boho trinkets, and follow the sound of the river on a relaxed walk toward the banks of the Parvati.
Come afternoon, fuel up at one of Kasol's legendary Israeli cafés — Shakshuka, wood-fired hummus, and Nutella crepes are practically mandatory. Then, as the light softens, head out on a short hike through the pine trees to Chalal Village. The trail is gentle, the views are huge, and the vibe is exactly what you came for.

Day 03 - Kasol → Barshaini → Kheerganga — the big day
Up early, breakfast packed, bags light — today is what you came for. Drive to Barshaini (about 45 minutes from Kasol), the trailhead for the Kheerganga Trek, and lace up your shoes.
The 12 km trail winds upward through towering deodar forests, past the thundering Rudranaag waterfall, over wooden bridges that sway above glacier-fed streams, and through open meadows bursting with wildflowers. The ascent is gradual, the scenery is relentless, and every bend in the trail opens up a new reason to stop and stare.
By evening, the forest gives way to Kheerganga's high-altitude meadow at 2,960 metres. Peel off your boots and ease into the Parvati Kund — a natural hot spring that feels almost surreal after a day on the trail. Gather around the bonfire for dinner, trade stories with your fellow trekkers, and drift off to sleep under a sky you won't see anywhere near a city.
