Terms and Condition:
- A Disclaimer Form is to be filled at the time of Check in with Photo id. (If Not provided at the time of Booking)
- Any Damage to the property or property belongings will be payable
- Maximum of 10 People will be allowed to stay in said Package. Above 10 People per person, per day extra charges
- 50% Advance payment should be deposited in Bank of Booking Confirmation. Balance amount need to pay at time of check in.
- Carry your Toiletries & Towels with you.
- Children below 5 years of age do not take any charges.
- Villas Price is Different at Festival Holidays.
- Customers have to pay security deposit of Rs 5000 which will be refunded at the time of check out.
- Advance will not be refunded for any Cancellation.
- In Case if any Cancellation the said party have to inform 10 Days Prior before Arrival Date. So the said party will be given credit note by Sky Villas.
