Day 1: Arrival in Jammu - Pahalgam (230 km / 6 - 7 hrs)
Your adventure begins as you arrive at Jammu Airport/Railway Station. We'll greet you and transport you to Pahalgam, nestled at 2740 meters above sea level. The drive takes you through the Atal Tunnel, lush pine forests, and along the Lidder River. Pahalgam, often referred to as the Village of Shepherds, offers breathtaking Himalayan vistas. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure before an overnight stay in Pahalgam.
Day 2: Pahalgam to Srinagar
After a hearty breakfast, you have a full day to explore this beautiful town nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas. You can opt for a pony ride to Chandanwadi, Aru Valley, or Betaab Valley. Alternatively, if you're a nature enthusiast, take a peaceful walk along the River Lidder. In the evening, we proceed to Srinagar for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Srinagar - Sonamarg - Srinagar (86 Kms)
Today, after breakfast, we embark on a full-day excursion to Sonamarg. Located at 98 km from Srinagar, Sonamarg is often referred to as the 'Meadow of Gold.' Surrounded by snow-capped mountains and lush alpine trees, Sonamarg is a sight to behold. You can even opt for a pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier, where snow is present year-round. Return to Srinagar for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar
After breakfast, we check out from the Srinagar hotel and head to Gulmarg, one of the most picturesque resorts in the valley. Gulmarg, located 52 km from Srinagar, has been a favorite resort for royalty. It boasts Asia's highest and longest cable car project, the Gulmarg Gondola. You can also try skiing or enjoy a round of golf at the highest golf course in the world. Dinner and overnight stay in Gulmarg.
Day 5: Srinagar Local Sightseeing
Today, after breakfast, we embark on a city tour, visiting the famous Cheshma Shahi, Shalimar, and Nishat Gardens. In the evening, enjoy a romantic shikara ride on the Dal Lake. End the day with a sumptuous dinner and an overnight stay in a deluxe houseboat.
Day 6: Jammu Departure
After breakfast, you have free time until departure. We'll transfer you to Jammu Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey, marking the end of this unforgettable Kashmir tour.
