Kashmir trip itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Srinagar/ Airport

Welcome to Srinagar the city of Lakes you will meet our representative and get transferred to hotel and then local sightseeing of Srinagar visiting Nishat, Shalimar Chesmashahi overnight stay in hotel in Srinagar

Day 02: In Srinagar/ Day Excursion to Pahalgam

Early in the morning leave for Pahalgam the 'valley of shepherds' the approx. distance of 100kms 3hrs drive; Pahalgam is situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from river Lidder and Sheeshnag Lake. En route visit the Awantipura ruins, an 1100-year-old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and built by King Awantivarman, today you can visit to Kashmir valley, baisaran and water fall (by your own expenses) or betaab valley, Chandanwari and Aru valley (by hiring car on your own expenses)

Day 03: Srinagar/ Day trip to Gulmarg

After breakfast drive to Gulmarg know as meadows of flowers the distance of 56kms 2 hours drive in Gulmarg you can visit local Gulmarg with golf course and can have gondola ride (by your own expenses) and then back to Srinagar overnight stay in hotel in Srinagar.

Day 04: Day trip to Sonamarg

Today morning drive toward Sonamarg and local sight seen of Sonamarg visiting thajwas glacier (by your own expenses) and then back to Srinagar overnight stay in house boat in Dal Lake

Day 05: Departure with sweet memories

Morning after breakfast you can go transfer to the SRINAGAR AIRPORT for onwards journey.

  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks etc. (to be borne by the customer on the spot)

Cancellation Policy

No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

Q) Type of Clothing in Kashmir?
A) Please be aware that Gulmarg,Pahalgam,and Sonamarg are most suitable for visiting between May and October       because the temperatures are milder. However, one should bring a light sweater or jacket during June, July and  August. Heavy woolens aren't necessary in November until February but a winter coat would certainly be welcome during those months.Srinagar is the coldest part of Kashmir and sometimes it's freezing between November until March,with lows reaching negative ten degrees Celsius at night throughout some parts of town,so be sure to pack some good heavy socks,thermal underwear and a good winter coat if you plan to visit these months!
