Rules

  • Do not misbehave with other people on the Campsite.
  • The tent cannot move from one place to another place after it is set.
  • Do not vandalize any private property at the camping places.
  • Do not carry valuable things like jewelry or any other things.
  • Those who are coming by their own vehicle please follow all covid-19 safety guidelines and reach the base village on time.
  • Due to the above issue, if you come late or are unable to come, will not provide any refund.

    • All expenses incurred due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances like roadblocks, bad weather

    Cancellation Policy:

    • 75% refund if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.
    • 50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.
    • No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days prior to the event date
    • No show No Refund.
    • Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
    • Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation.
    • If the event gets canceled we will refund "Trek Amount" only.
    • If the event is canceled due to any natural calamity, political unrest or other such reasons beyond our control the same cancellation policy will apply.

     

    Treks and Trails Event Rules

    • Kindly carry one Identity proof, at least for the trek with your address.
    • We all are going for an adventurous and exciting trekking expedition; please Do Not misinterpret it as a PICNIC or LEISURE TOUR.
    • The leader's decision will be final, and all the members should abide by it.
    • We do not destroy or dirty the archaeological, historical monuments, natural habitat on the trek.
    • Swimming is not allowed in the lake or water tank on the forts. Locals use that water for drinking.
    • Putting your feet in water tanks or on the canon is not allowed on our treks.
    • Any addiction is strictly prohibited, e.g. drinking, smoking, chewing tobacco anyone caught doing it will have to exit the trek without a refund and travel back on own expense.
    • People caught smoking or drinking alcohol will be asked to exit the event on an immediate basis.
    • Please do not carry or wear any valuables, ornaments, jewellery, etc. If carried, then we Do Not take any liability for the same.
    • Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Trekking, or any adventure activity is potentially risky. For all these events, you are at your own risk. Organizers are not responsible for any accident or compensation in whatsoever manner.
    • We should strictly follow the code of conduct to avoid troubling our fellow trekkers or other people from our group or outside.
    • Listening to music on earphones or Bluetooth speakers is not allowed while trekking.
    • Bluetooth speaker not allowed inside the homestay or camping tents.
    • Drinking/smoking,/eating is not allowed inside the tents.
    • If you damage the tent, break the tent poles, you will have to pay us for the whole new tent on MRP.
    • If you are late for the bus pickup and are not reachable on the phone during your bus pickup, the trek leader will leave without you, and we will provide no refund.
    • Please check things to carry and wear trekking shoes on our treks.

    1. How far is the Karjat family camping from Mumbai?

    Campvibes is located 80 kilometres from Mumbai. It will take upto two to three hours to reach the campsite in Karjat. Come for the Camping, stay for the music. Family camping at Karjat is a beautiful campsite with great tents and cottages on the river Ulhas and a lawn and swimming pool where you can enjoy DJ music and fantastic food.

     

    2. What is the best time to visit Karjat Camping?

    The best time to visit Karjat Camping is during the winter and summer seasons. During this time, you can enjoy the night and activities and make the most of the alluring serenity of nature here. 

    For adventure seekers who want to spend time in the mountains hiking and trek to Kondane caves, the monsoon is the ideal time. Karjat Camping is not available during the monsoon season. 

     

    3. What activities can we do while camping in Karjat?

    You can enjoy swimming in the pool. Play games in the game room—vibe to DJ Music. Play cricket on the ground. 

     

    4. Will there be food and safe drinking water available when camping in Karjat?

    When you go camping in Karjat, you will be served both vegetarian and non-vegetarian breakfast and supper and safe drinking water.

    Yes, Campvibes most excellent campsites are safe for single female tourists searching for an outdoor adventure. Other female travellers and solo visitors at the camp provide a sense of security. We also have security and staff on duty at our Karjat campsite. 

     

    6. What clothing and equipment should I bring with me if I go camping in Karjat?

    T-shirts, track trousers, and lightweight, breathable clothing should be packed. A light jacket for when it becomes cold, durable shoes, and an additional pair of slippers can also be carried.

    Furthermore, though all necessary equipment is given at the Karjat campgrounds, essential supplies such as a personal first-aid kit, a backpack, reusable water bottle, insect repellent are advised.

     

    7. Will there be food and safe drinking water available when camping in Karjat?

    Yes, all of the glamps and campers in Karjat have sufficient food and water arrangements. As a result, attendees are not required to bring food, though they may do so if they like. You may anticipate breakfast, lunch, and supper at all of these campgrounds and a unique BBQ setup.
